SHIPPING INFORMATION
For orders within Greece
Shipping by ACS courier or ELTA courier DOOR-DOOR:
All orders are shipped in 2-5 working days.
* Excludes inaccessible areas where 4-7 working days are needed.
There may be a slight delay during the holiday season, discounts or other promotional periods which may be due to the heavy workload.
The shipping cost of our products in Greece is € 3 for orders under € 60 and free for orders over 60 €.
Delivery dates and times:
Delivery days are from Monday to Friday from 9.00 - 17.00 for Athens.
For the rest of Greece, the delivery times of the respective local branch of the General Post Office are valid.
For orders in Cyprus:
Delivery by courier within 7 working days (in inaccessible areas may be delayed 1-2 days longer).
Delivery days: Monday - Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 (excluding public holidays).
For orders outside Greece:
Shipping cost is calculated upon completion of the order and varies depending on the country of shipment.
Shipping products outside Greece is done through DHL EXPRESS quickly and reliably.
Customs duties or other import costs are charged in non-EU countries when the package arrives in the country of destination and must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these costs, nor can we give you a clear picture of whether you will be charged and how much, as customs policy varies considerably from country to country. You can, before placing your order, contact a customs office in your country.
