You have the right to return or make changes to the products you purchased within fourteen (14) days from the date you receive them for shipments within Greece,

2. The product is in the condition in which you received it, unused and unworn
3. The product labels have not been removed or damaged in any way.
4. Please make sure the packaging of the shipment is secure so as not to cause any damage during transport.
5. We inform you that our company is not responsible in case of loss or destruction of the product during the return shipping.
6. The money can either be credited or refunded according to your wish. The refund is made if the proof of retail sale is returned with the product. Refunds apply exclusively to online shopping.
In case of refund, the process will be completed within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the products.

After the end of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt, you fully accept the quality, quantity and price of the goods received. Also, no changes are made with different products after the end of the 30 calendar dates from the date of receipt.
